The Residence 28 at the Rotunda is a house of 1800, received by the current owners Anna and Antonella from their beloved aunts Silvia and Maria, who helped with love and dedication to their growth.The residence is located in the area formerly occupied by the Convent of the Nuns of the Holy Trinity and St. Francis, and was recently the subject of a passionate and meticulous renovation allowed to preserve and enhance the features of the old building, bringing to light the masonry inside, the old wooden beams and antique flooring, which were revived, transmitting to those who visit the love that characterized the people who had inhabited; Aunt Silvia and Aunt Mary.
This tourist rental consists of 3 large double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, with a private room in the common area with a beautiful and modern kitchen small appliances necessary for a pleasant stay. The kitchen overlooks a large window overlooking the garden planted, where there is a small outbuilding.

We have taken care of all the details to ensure that our rooms are warm and comfortable, furnished with period furniture and Persian rugs to which modern furnishings have been skilfully combined, such as comfortable padded double beds and spacious wardrobes: each room, equipped with with private bathroom, it offers color TV, air conditioning and heating with individual control, wifi and soundproofing from external noise.

Inside our bathrooms there are always elements of the history of this house: sometimes details of the masonry, or the ancient bathtub, the old cement tiles (Venetian terrace) that made up the original floors of the house, relocated to make the environments. They are all equipped with showers, mirrors and hairdryers and current services and functions. It is our care to give guests a courtesy set for short stays.
